Upon arrival, the friendly staff welcomed us warmly, making us feel right at home. Vianca, Emilio, Rosy, Manuel, Isaac. I was particularly impressed by the modern and soundproofed rooms, equipped with all the essentials for a relaxing stay - free Wi-Fi, air conditioning, and a flat-screen TV. the cleanliness of the rooms and the entire property truly stood out, showcasing the hotel's commitment to providing a pristine environment. the hotel's convenient location, just minutes away from Plaza Rio shopping mall and Mercado Hidalgo, made it easy for us to immerse ourselves in the local culture and explore the bustling shopping district. the hotel's dedication to sustainability, evident through their commitment to the UNESCO Sustainable Travel Pledge, resonated with my values as a conscious traveler.
